Some Thoughts on Meditation

Gold Frog meditatingDifferent Forms of Meditation

There are no special tricks to meditating; no special posture or breathing rhythm is required. Once you have gotten the knack of it you can meditate anywhere during any activity. Some readers have succeeded in reaching this altered state of consciousness while reading about my sand meditation, and perhaps you too may realize this transformational state of consciousness as you read on…

Sometimes meditation opens a door into the mysteries of creation. If we allow ourselves to pass through this door, there is no telling what we may encounter on the other side. Do not become discouraged if you have tried to meditate in the past and not gotten any remarkable results. Meditation is a mystical process and it may take a while to learn how to quiet your mind and open yourself to all the present moment has to offer you.

My meditation began while sitting on a beach. My hands were sandy. I rubbed my thumb and forefinger together, feeling the grains of sand between them slipping away until only a single grain of sand remained.

I could feel the shape of the grain of sand distinctly as I rolled it back and forth between my thumb and forefinger.

The longer I rolled the grain of sand about the more defined my awareness of the grain of sand became. The more detailed my experience of the grain of sand became, the larger it appeared to be.

While I could clearly feel the tiny grain of sand trapped between my thumb and finger roll about across the grooves and ridges of my fingerprints, the grain of sand appeared to be growing larger and larger as I contemplated it.

The grain of sand continued to grow, encompassing the beach and then the world. Before long, the grain of sand had grown to an infinite size and it now encompassed all of creation, yet I still held the tiny grain of sand between my thumb and forefinger, rolling it about across the grooves and ridges of my fingerprints.

The tiny grain of sand was intimately connected to every part of creation and all of creation existed within it, even as it existed within my grasp. I communed with the grain of sand, aware of its infinite connectedness to everything else; through the medium of the grain of sand, I became aware of my own infinite connectedness with all of creation.

The sand spoke to me of eternity. It told me tales about creation and the infinite nature of our existence in creation. From the grain of sand, I learned that every tiniest part of creation is a living being experiencing creation and sharing in the process whereby creation makes everything manifest.

My meditation with a grain of sand always produced a feeling of intense bliss. It was an eternal meditation that transcended the time and place where it began to continue throughout all of creation. From time to time, I would return to this meditation, engrossed by the wisdom and experience of a single tiny grain of sand.

Can 8-Minute Meditation Give You a Quiet Mind and Change Your Life Forever?

What exactly is meditation? It seems that so many people nowadays are hooked up with this form of activity. By definition, meditation is often used to describe the individual’s state of intense attention on an object of awareness or thought. The individual tries to turn his or her attention inward. Meditation is said to be of Vedic Hinduism origin. This is usually practiced in the eastern religions, but now even the western culture is already involved in such activity.

People want to practice meditation so that they can focus their mind to God for their personal development, to attain peace of mind, and to be healthier.

Many Americans are now involved in some form of meditation. According to Time Magazine, there is one meditation practice that can be used by almost anyone. Mor available information can be considered as the basic primer of Americans wanting to begin meditation but have no idea where to start.

There was a book published last November 2005 authored by Victor Davich that is all about the 8-minute meditation. If you purchase the book and study it carefully, you will learn a lot of things about meditation, and you can do it in just 8 minutes.

Almost every individual who starts with anything new to him or her will often have lingering questions, hopes, and doubts about it. There are even people who hope that when they begin to meditate, they will be enlightened. Or perhaps you’re one of those individuals who think that meditation is just like an exercise or diet that you’ve been trying to do for the past few months. But these things are normal; so don’t be surprised if you’re also like that.

The best thing to do is to face all the positive and/or negative expectations, and after doing so, forget about them and start with a clean slate. If you want to try the 8-minute program of meditation, you should learn how to approach it one minute at a time.

While many people think that meditation is a simple practice, then you’d better think twice. You might not notice it, but your mind is always racing from here to there. You can’t concentrate. According to the book’s author, you must watch your breath. This is the very first step to meditation. Do your inhalation and exhalation by breathing deeply. If you always do this and keep on practicing, you can become good at meditation.

As a word of reminder, if you catch yourself thinking about other things, or in other words, your mind strays off, focus again on your breathing. After all, meditation is all about concentrating and if you realize that you’re not on the right track, you can always return to that state of mind gently. Don’t get discouraged easily and keep on practicing. There is a famous saying that says practice makes perfect, so always keep that in mind. If you quit easily, then you will remain a quitter.

Meditation can help you in achieving peace of mind. With all your problems at work, in your family, and the entire world, you should at least experience a few minutes of peace. Don’t miss this chance to attain personal development at no cost at all.

Stack of StonesMeditation and its benefits

One of the most important benefits of meditation is that it dramatically helps a person’s physical state. Among the physical benefits of meditation involve the heart through a deep rest because it decreases the person’s metabolic rate as well as the heart rate, which leads to the reduction of workload for the heart. Aside from that, it is also known to lower the levels of a person’s cortisol as well as dissolving the chemicals that are closely associated with everyday stress.

Other physical benefits of meditation also include reduced free radicals in the body by eliminating unstable oxygen molecules, decreases a person’s high blood pressure, develops the ability to have more resistant skin, lowering or dropping the person’s level of cholesterol, improve airflow to the lungs to aid easy breathing, delays biological aging and increases the levels of DHEAS in older people.

When it comes to psychological factor, meditation aids in increasing the person’s brain wave coherence, decreasing anxiety levels, often irritability, deep-set depression, and swing of moods, improves the person’s memory as well as his or her learning ability, increases the person’s capacity for self-actualization, increases the person’s feeling of youthfulness and rejuvenation as well as vitality, leads to positive outlook in life and joyfulness, and increases a person’s emotional status and stability.

Other noted benefits of meditation for an individual and his or her community include:

– Relaxation to the person’s body, mind, and soul.

– Rejuvenation of energy to face huge challenges and stress ahead.

– Healing of various illnesses that are closely associated with the mind and the body.

– Making a more stable person in terms of emotions.

– Developments of relaxed family life and instilling positive outlooks in life to younger people.

– Enhances the person’s ability to make his or her mind function properly.

– Letting a person discover his or her inner self, this, in turn, releases the creativity in them.

– It helps people to free themselves from various vices and addictions such as alcohol and cigarettes as well as in multiple medications such as tranquilizers and narcotics.

– It also helps a person to gain higher self-confidence, thus, resulting in stronger power of the will.

– It can be an effective and safe way of discovering one’s self instead of focusing the attention to other unhealthy practices.- It aids in the development of the power of the mind.

The list goes on about the benefits of meditation in an individual and to his or her community. In so many cases, these are positive benefits.

The History of Candle Making

Candles on a tableThe History of Candle Making

The art of making candles has been around since primitive times. Of course, as time went by they become much different in design than what they were back then. In the early days, candles were a necessity for heat and light. Today they serve as decorations, wonderfully smelling mechanisms in our homes, and offer light for romantic dinners and baths.

The first known use of candles is not completely known. The remains of clay candle holders that date back to 4 BC have given us the knowledge that they have been in use for a very long time. Those clay candleholders were found in Egypt.

Candles were also used in ancient times in both China and Japan. These candles were made of wax extracted from insects and seeds. The taper candles of India were made from the wax extracted from boiled cinnamon. Candles are not known to exist in American until 1 AD. It is believed Native American’s burned oily fish and the back of the Cerio tree. When settlers came to New England, they used similar techniques to extract wax from bayberries. Many modern candle makers still use that process to make bayberry candles. However, it is quite expensive to do so.

Tallow was the product used to make candles in the 1600s and 1700s. This is a byproduct of animal fat. The product worked well but had a foul odor, especially when it was burning. Beeswax and paraffin wax both were introduced in the early 1800s, and tallow stopped being used.

The dipping process for taper candles as we know it today began in 13 AD. Traveler merchants went door to door from town to town. While there, they made taper candles for individuals in their homes. Around 15 AD the idea to use molds for various types of candles was introduced in Paris. While this greatly improved the candle making process, there were still issues with getting the candles to burn properly.

In the 1800s, candle makers felt the wick was the weakest area of the candle as well as the cause for defective burning patterns. A braided wick was developed in 1825 that seemed to greatly improve the burning of several types of candles. By 1830, a process was in place to make candles using paraffin wax and molds. These candles were of good quality and burned well.

As gas and electricity were introduced, the candle making process continued to evolve. It became much easier and faster to melt the paraffin wax. It is believed that the reason so many of the elements of candle making stayed the same, including the hand dipping process is that the popularity of candles diminished with the introduction of electricity.

Today, candle making is a well-known art form. There are many companies that manufacture wonderful candles with some very unique fragrances. There are also small businesses that still make their candles by hand (at home) in their kitchen. Candle making is a great hobby and fun activity for the whole family to be involved in.

Candles are now used more for luxury and pleasure than for light or heat. The candle industry continues to grow with new types of candles being introduced all the time. The amount of colors, fragrances, and types of candles to choose from in the marketplace is absolutely amazing.

Candles are a common home decorating item. They are used to accent any room in your house. They are common centerpieces for dinner parties and formal occasions. The unity candles that are presided over at many weddings hold a deep sense of tradition in the American culture.

The art of making candles has definitely changed over time. If you are interested in trying your hand at it, choose a candle that is fairly easy to make such as the container candle or the votive. This will allow you the chance to get used to the process. There are several good candle making kits available for a low price as well as books to give you tips and assistance along the way.

Enjoy,

I will be doing a couple more articles on “actually” making candles

9 Ways to use YOUR Inner Psychic to Create Abundance

There will always be times when you are lying awake at night unable to sleep, or staring out the window aimlessly at work, when you are still wondering what is to become about a particular situation. That’s called being human. But we all have a little psychic in us, which also makes us human. It’s a gift we all received when we were in our initial soul circle before our souls began to incarnate into human beings. The fixed sign of the Water signs, Scorpio is one of the most psychic zodiac signs of all. With Scorpio energy so abundant right now, you have the perfect opportunity to lead with your feelings, tap into that inner psychic, and find out more about the things that are keeping you up at night. Here are 9 ways to do just that, using the powerful tool of astrology and the mysteries of the Universe, no matter what your zodiac sign is.

  1. Work on Your Dream Recall.

We say it over and over again, but dreams and their meanings are very important to your psychic development. Dreams bear messages. Your twin soul will also appear to you in dreams to communicate.

When you go to bed, keep your mind clear of alcohol or substances and tell yourself that you are going to dream that night. Then see what you have to enter into your dream journal the next morning. Use our Dream Dictionary to help you understand your dreams and their meanings, and see what the Universe and the angels are trying to tell you about what is next in your life.

  1. Free Your Mind. No Really.

The most important part of receiving psychic information is to have a clear mind. You may have seen a psychic close their eyes for a moment before reading you. That is a process where the astrologers or psychics are emptying their minds of their own thoughts and feelings and opening up to receive information about you. This is an important step for any person trying to tap into their inner psychic.

If your mind is full of your own individual hopes and fears, you will not receive accurate information, it will be muddled in between all of your hopes and fears. So, spend a moment or two of every day when you want to tap into your inner psychic, and just release it all from your mind for a moment.

Meditation is a great way to open up this clarity while emptying your mind of negative or unwanted thoughts. You will find that releasing negative thoughts is actually quite liberating. Not only does it create more room for psychic information, but you free yourself from fears, negativity, and thoughts or stress that literally weigh you down.

  1. Listen.

Being psychic is a passive gift, it is about the receipt of information. It is not about injecting your own ego and desires into the situation. Whether you are reading yourself or someone else, listening is the biggest key.

If you choose to meditate to receive information, quiet your mind and listen to what is coming, and what is not. The same goes for other people in your daily life. What are they saying? What are they not saying? This will be an important gift of telepathy as you develop it with practice, you will intuitively discover what people are not saying.

Telepathy is not as rare as you might think. Imagine how much clarity you would receive about a lover or job situation if you could connect with someone else’s thoughts, with their permission of course. When you do, uncertainty leaves and freedom arrives. But rather than feeling stressed and demanding answers from the Universe, listening opens you up to actually receiving the right ones.

  1. Trust Your Gut. Trust.

That’s what it’s all about, baby! But we often doubt our Selves when it comes to tapping into that psychic gift we all have. Trust your gut! Actually trust it. Your instinct and your gut and your intuition are all the same thing. A good psychic or Astrologer has a finely-honed instinct that gives them a solid sense of “knowing” about something before it has even happened. It’s not a guessing. It’s a knowing.

You can tell the difference between your fears and hopes and your instinct by this state of knowing. We always question our hopes and fears, but we never question our instinct, even when we question it. It always feels like a knowing. “I feel like I should not go down that alley at night but I’m not sure why.” Pay attention to every little feeling, and you will begin to learn what messages your instinct is telling you. The more you do that, the more you improve your own psychic gifts.

  1. Pay Attention to Your Physical Reactions.

Do you feel the hair on the back of your neck stand up when you are alone? Have you ever felt your stomach turn when someone was talking to you and you suspected they were lying? Does your heart race when someone that has hurt you enters the room? Do the back of your ears get red when you see someone you don’t like, but you don’t really know why?

This is all your inner psychic talking to you through physical sensations in your body. If you ever are unsure about a specific situation or person, stop and think about what your body is telling you. If you feel excited and warm, all systems go. If you feel icky and weird but aren’t sure why, that’s your angels and intuitions sending you very strong messages through your physical and mortal soul. Pay attention!

  1. Take Actual Notes.

Whether you are keeping a dream journal to record all of the messages that come to you in your dreams, or whether you simply have something in your bag on your day out and about activities, taking notes regularly is a sure-fire way to rapidly strengthen your psychic abilities. Keep a notepad right by your bed and start jotting things down from the minute you wake up. As the zodiac detective, Scorpio takes notes on EVERYthing.

If you experience funny coincidences during the day, or little signs that seem to stand out, write them down. You may know right away what they mean, or you may not. By writing them down, you have something to refer to later when you are wondering what one thing or another means.

It is a great way to see stuff that comes to you coming true or manifesting, as many times we don’t realize that is what is happening until it has already happened. It’s amazing when you come to these notes, weeks, months, or years later, and see so many validations come to life.

  1. Get in the Practice of Meditation.

A lot of people know that this is a very reliable way to get psychic information, but not many people take the time to get into this. Meditation is really just the art of dreaming while you are awake,  the same neural processes happen in the brain. You breathe slowly enough to the point where you can clear your head, and then wait for the psychic messages to arrive. You are conscious through information reception, so recall is much easier than dream recall.

Meditation is much simpler than people make it out to be. It’s literally just the process of clearing your mind. With practice, you can learn how to meditate in as little as 30 seconds. The emptier your mind is, the more information will come.

This is why meditation is so powerful to psychics and astrologers. It gives you an empty mind for an extended period of time which means during that time you get powerful information. It was the biggest tool that psychic Edgar Cayce used in all of his readings, without it, he would not have become one of the world’s most famous psychics.

  1. Test Your Hunches & Intuitions.

Ever say, “I had a feeling you were going to call,” or, “I had a feeling that was going to happen.” You’re probably psychic! You are already in the process of understanding the knowledge that comes to you and validating them for what they are. The more you notice them, the more they will come. Test them.

One method I use in testing my clairvoyant activities is by predicting what Tarot Cards are going to come out when I do a reading. I get my hunch about the answer and then visualize the card that I will draw to validate that, and then I pull the card. Even after so many years of Tarot use, it STILL freaks me out (in a good way) when the card I “saw” in my head gets flipped over in my reading.

This is how you test your hunches, and you don’t need a full working knowledge of the Tarot to do so. Say you are having lunch with a friend, and you know they will listen to music on the way. While you are waiting, visualize or think about the music group or song they are listening to. Your first hunch will be the right one. When they arrive, ask them if they were listening to The Rolling Stones or Adele like your hunch suggested, and with practice, you will become more right every time. As you use this new skill more, you can use it effectively in day to day life.

Here’s another example. Say you are worried someone isn’t telling the truth in a scenario. Ask your Self to show you what is the truth, like you just did with the Tarot cards. You will surprise even yourself what comes up. Use it, but don’t abuse it, as until you have those hunches validated, that’s all they are.

  1. Practice, Practice, Practice.

Tapping into your psychic abilities is a skill like anything else. Yes, it is a gift, but with every gift that you receive, you must use it wisely in order to make the most of it. With a psychic gift, you must practice it regularly in order to experience the most results. This does not mean you have to meditate for 10 hours a day (unless you can and you want to).

A few minutes every day of clearing your mind and allowing your intuition, your meditation, and Universal energy to give you information beyond what is being given, is all you need to truly tap into and develop your psychic skills. Practice, practice, practice whatever method is the easiest for you, and then report back and let us know how it went! Frequently using your Tarot cards is another good way to develop this gift. The Tarot never lies!

Changing Your Physiology to Change Your Mind

Changing Your Physiology to Change Your Mind

In order to perform your best, you need to be in the perfect state of mind.

That means that you need to have just the right chemical balance of neurotransmitters you need to be slightly aroused and alert but not to the point of being stressed to distraction. During times of relaxation, you, of course, want to tone down that stress to achieve a relaxed state of mind, which is also optimal for being creative.

You can use nootropics, brain training, visualization and more to achieve this, or you can rely on your natural cycles and choose the right time to work. Our body goes through natural cycles based on what we eat, what the weather is like and even our breathing.

But alternatively, you could also consider actively influencing these physiological factors triggering the most desirable mental state for the given activity.

The Role of Physiology

You can also manipulate your physiology to changing your mental state can change the way you feel, act, and perform at any given time.

For example, if you want to be more alert and focused, then you should avoid a heavy lunch. A heavy meal requires energy to digest, and as it triggers the release of feel-good endorphins, which also happen to be inhibitory neurotransmitters, it actually makes your brain more sluggish.

This may be the reason that many people have claimed they feel more alert when they are focussed when they are in this fasted state.

Conversely, if you find yourself becoming anxious and grumpy, then consider seeking out more food to fix that chemical balance.

Likewise, if you turn the temperature down slightly, then you will also increase your arousal. The colder you are, the faster you breathe, and the quicker the blood flows through your veins. You also produce significantly more norepinephrine and testosterone. Consider that this is why it can be such a useful tool to take a cold shower, to jump in a plunge pool, or even to splash cold water on your face.

Another good way to fight the fight or flight response though and to restore your homeostasis/calm is to practice correct breathing. Correct breathing technique is often referred to as ‘belly breathing,’ and it involves first relaxing the diaphragm and then allowing the stomach to expand as the lower portion of the lungs drop into it, before feeling up the top of the lungs and expanding the chest.

This slower, fuller breathing can modulate the response of your parasympathetic nervous system restoring a sense of calm – especially if you make each breath longer and count for 4-5 seconds on every exhale and inhale. Next time you’re about to give a speech or do an interview, try this technique to calm your nerves.

Master Your Emotion

Many of us make the mistake of believing that our emotions arise from our thoughts, but more often it is our thoughts that result from our feelings. And what do our emotions stem from? Our beliefs. These have an evolutionary purpose remember, so they are all about driving us toward survival – finding food, resting when we can and avoiding danger.

If you’re having a bad day, and you think the world kind of sucks, then before you do anything rash, ask if you might be overtired (which makes us groggy but eventually results in a fight or flight response), overly hungry or even ill which can create brain fog by causing inflammation via the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Either way, look after your body if you want to have the best chance of controlling your mind and consider the context for how you’re feeling at any given time. The reason you can’t focus might even be because your belt is digging in…

About Empaths

About Empaths

January 30, 2019

What are Empaths? Some Zodiacs signs can be psychic or read thoughts, there are certain signs that are specifically empathic in their abilities. Everyone can develop intuition, but these signs come by it so naturally, it can be a hindrance more than a help when they aren′t taking care of themselves as an Empath.

Water signs are the most empathic because they feel everything. Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio signs will know how someone is feeling without them saying anything because they can actually feel the other person′s symptoms in their own body. Imagine picking up everyone′s emotional issues wherever you go and wondering why you have that daily headache!

It′s very important that empaths know they are empaths so that they can protect themselves, sometimes they might feel a little distant to you. They are just protecting their energy field.  This keeps them from being drained all the time. Virgo, Taurus, and Capricorn are the second most empathic signs and empathic sensitivities often depend on how many water signs are in someone′s birth chart, as well as where the placement of those signs are.

Don′t be fooled into thinking someone whose sun sign is not a water sign won′t be empathic. They may have a lot of water in other places in their chart and be overwhelmed with their empathic abilities.

Traits of an Empath:

Before empaths come to understand that they feel things way more intensely than others, they often turn to substances to handle the pressure they are under without relief. They may feel the pain or physical symptoms of people they love who might not even near them. They will often call you and say they had a feeling you weren′t okay, or they had a dream about you.

They will often ask people what′s wrong even if the person hasn′t mentioned anything because they can sense when someone′s emotions are off. Empaths have trouble being around large groups of people because they are feeling everyone′s energy. They also have difficulty being around negative people or stressful environments because it taxes their nervous system so much.

Crowds stressed out people, and places, where people are sick, will drain them almost right away. They often deal with autoimmune disorders, hormone disorders, and stomach problems because of the stress their bodies go through being empathic. They will have people tell them not to be so sensitive and emotional.

They will often feel the planet movements and large-scale energy of an entire area when they visit. They will know the general feeling of a space and even want to avoid places because of the vibes they get there. They aren′t likely to want to visit a beautiful, luxurious building if the people there are addicts or extremely unhappy.

Alternatively, they′ll love a simple home or even a park if the people there are relaxed and happy.

How Do We Tell the Difference Between Empathic, Intuitive and Psychic?

Psychic often refers to knowing the future; being empathic means knowing how someone feels in the present moment, not the future moments of their life. Psychic abilities are very common among air signs and fire signs. The air signs can often read thoughts because their energy is so mental, and they live in the mind space more than other signs.

Think about your dog.  Dogs live in the NOW but always seem to know when you need them.  If you are having a bad day or maybe you are sick, they will be by your side to help, cuddling you, comforting you. I believe that almost all dogs are Empathic. You can always count on your dog to be happy to see you no matter how bad (or good) the day is.

Fire signs like to live in the future because they must channel their energy and they can often predict what′s coming because of that. Empaths are good at knowing the present state someone is in and can develop their clairvoyance (seeing) and clairaudience (audio) if they work on it. Air signs may be more clairaudient because they are word people.

Earth signs sense things intuitively and can also often know the future or get a read on people. Intuition is about vibes and usually comes from being tuned into their surroundings. Intuition can come from body language, voice tone or through the thoughts if someone has an active pineal gland. (“A pea-sized conical mass of tissue behind the third ventricle of the brain, secreting a hormonelike substance in some mammals.”)

The chakra system interacts with the energy field and downloads information constantly from other people and the environment, but each sign has a VERY distinct way of processing that information. It′s what they do with the knowledge that sets them apart.

A water sign will often try to help someone. A fire sign will use it to direct the future. An earth sign will use it to make practical decisions; an air sign will curiously debate or inquire about things as they are information seeking.

How we Empaths Protect Ourselves

An Empath can wear protective crystals such as onyx, black tourmaline or black obsidian. Empaths need to take this seriously, or they may fall into depression or psychosomatic illnesses. For work and at home they need a loving environment where feelings are honored. This is absolutely essential for their wellbeing.

We also have to avoid narcissists who will be drawn to us. This can sometimes make it look like we are cruel or non-caring but is actually the opposite. If we draw near to these people, they cannot help them or care for their wellbeing properly. Those who love and are obsessed with themselves will be draining and manipulative to an Empath. I personally often call them psychic vampires.

Empaths need to create healthy boundaries with people who share their problems. They also need to recuperate away from people with things like a salt bath, healing tonics and self-love. Empaths often use breath work, mantras and yoga to help clear their energy field. The quickest way to clear the energy field is with a shower because of the moving water.

If we can′t do that, we may wash our hands and intentionally sending the energy we′ve gathered down the drain. Affirmations and visualizations can also help protect us. You might hear us chanting, “only positive energy is allowed around me,” and, “I give back anything that is not mine in the past, present and future with love.”

Empaths can visualize a bubble of light around themselves (with or without you), and if that doesn′t feel strong enough to close outside emotions, they imagine something stronger like lead, bricks or steel. Often before an Empath goes to bed, for instance, they can visualize themselves surrounded by gold bricks. It’s very hard for them to be around people who complain or don′t take care of themselves because they have trouble separating from their problems.

Boundaries are challenging for Empaths because they have trouble determining what thoughts and feelings are theirs and which ones are someone else′s. This means they may be easily influenced by people and need to avoid places with heavy drugs and drinking. When their guard is down because when they are intoxicated or sleeping, spirits are also more prone to come to an Empath because their energy field is clear, many don′t want to risk it. Sleeping with mantras playing and crystals around the bed is not unusual.

How Empaths Use their Gift

If you know an Empath, they are not at all cursed. It is a superpower that can be used to help people. They can develop these gifts into clairvoyance and help other people heal. An Empath can help people avoid negative situations and break bad habits.

Conclusions

Imagine being able to help someone out of unhealthy relationships, break self-sabotaging thoughts or to finally uncover their purpose and what′s stopping them from following their dreams! Empaths are gifted with an extraordinary ability to connect to people and help them, so do not be ashamed of it if you think you might be Empath, don’t be put off by those who are, be grateful that “all gifts” are given out for a reason.

If you know someone who you think is an empath, this information could greatly help them so don′t be shy to share it with them. We live in a new era where most people now understand that intuition is real and can be developed. Even talk show hosts and public figures are open about their use of gifted healers in their own life or the existence of these healers in their own families.

If you think you might be an Empath and “you” have become reclusive, feel overwhelmed, have been accused of being emotional, deal with fatigue or strange pains and illnesses, there are real tools that can help you manage this gift, so you don′t have to carry the burden of other people′s stuff unnecessarily.

Give yourself the opportunity to recover your energy and study how other Empaths have been in your shoes and been able to find a more empowered way of living. I am an Empath who struggled to understand why I was different and why I knew what people were thinking and feeling.

Once I started going to metaphysical centers and places, I felt like I had come home because I met people who finally understood me. I now continue to read books about it because it′s easy to slip into forgetfulness and suddenly wonder why you feel off.

Silver Moon Mining, A Spell Of Prosperity

Silver Moon Mining, A Spell Of Prosperity

“Silver Moon Mining” Spell Of Prosperity

Gather the things that you will need:

A Large cauldron, or a big bowl

Enough purified water to fill your cauldron half full

A silver colored coin, (an actual silver coin if you have one)

Hopefully, a large-sized moon that is shining light through a window (or better yet go outside to the place the moon is shining).

It is best to do this on a full moon, or nearly full moon. This is the best time to cast this spell…  If clouds are covering the moon it would be best to wait for another night you need the full light of the moon.

First: Set up your very basic altar. A small table near the window (where the moon is shining in) or outside will do just fine.  You can even use the ground outside and be closer to the earth.  I like the raised effect of the table but that is me. The full light of the moon outside is the best spell casting effect.

After setting up the altar, cast a basic magick circle.

Next, fill your cauldron half full of water and drop your silver coin into it.

You will then need to position the cauldron just right so that the light from the moon shines into the water.

Gently sweep your hands just above the surface, this symbolically gathers the Moon’s silver.

As you do this repeatedly say, “Lovely Lady of the Moon, bring to me your wealth very soon. Fill my hands with your silver and gold. All you give to me, my purse can hold.”

Repeat these steps three times. (Sweeping and speaking.)

When you are finished, pour the water upon the earth.  Poor it somewhere close outside your home.

This spell is extremely effective if you BELIEVE, and if you have nothing but good INTENTIONS.

It is very important that you let the spell go after it is cast.  Return to your regular life and be open for opportunities for prosperity. There will be plenty.
